Washing booth with rotary basket operation realized for one of Germany’s largest car manufacturers.

Using a high pressure jet system with detergents the machine is washing large quantities of components that are covered in swarf from various machining operations.

Mod. 350

This model of machine has three stages of operation, washing, rinsing, and drying with rotary baskets and ultrasonics. The linear transfer of work from one stage to another is done by a 2 axes robot.

Production: 1 basket every 8 min.approx.

Application field: small size components of all kinds.

Mod. 525

Washing, rinsing and blowing plant for cast iron closure heads of common-rail diesel systems to prepare them for the final spark-erosion application.

This application considers that the pallets would be utilized inside the washing machine and outside on external transport systems in the factory. The positioning accuracy of these pallets within the wash machine is 0.5 mm.

Washing and blowing plant for universal joints before heat treatment; the plant is equipped with a recognition system to identify good and reject bad pieces.

The conveyor system is designed to be used by the washing machine and also by external transport lines in the factory.

High production machines having stages from oil removal to wash, rinse and blow drying of various cold headed or rolled parts; the plant is capable of running at a production rate of 30 metres per minute.

WASHING PLANT FOR BRASS SWARF

Completely automatical plant to treat and wash brass swarf to be continuously feeded into casting furnace. Output: 1000 kg/h  continuously. The palnt can treat swarf up to 100 micron.

BURNISHING WASHING PLANT
