Industrial scroll washing machines
The scroll washing machines are particularly suitable for the cleaning of small cupped metal parts. The scrolls slow rotation speed allows a continuous movement of the parts under the sprays nozzles, this tumbling action ensuring that all areas of the product are cleaned to a high standard.
These machines represent probably the best washing solution economically and technically in today's market place, whereas the pieces can touch each other without get damaged.
Scroll washing machines are utilized in many areas of industry in particular with regards to the fastener and bolt trades, sanitary fittings, etc.
Caber Impianti s.r.l. produce 80 different standard models of scroll washing machines ranging from 200mm up to our largest at 2000mm diameter covering a wide range of customer requirements for washing.
Cabers technical staff with the customer's product samples and production requirements can decide on the best washing solution. The machines can have either a single tank with drying for processes such as, Transfer machines, lathes, cold stamping machines, rolling machines, etc, additional tanks can be fitted for higher cleaning quality.
All models can be equipped with accessories, such as mineral oil separators, centrifugal condenser, neat tramp oil separators filtering systems, steam dissipaters and many others more.
Washing machines in particularly the medium to large ones can be equipped with automatic loading-unloading systems controlled via PLC to assist with operator input or even unmanned operation. A bar-code recognition system can be used for identification of production batches, the reading of the bar-code automatically changes all parameters of the Cycle allowing ease of use by the operator who only has to load the wash system and monitor production throughput.
